Spirit and Science are two sides of the same coin.
Quantum physics has concluded that all matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force. String theory proves that the type and form of matter depends upon the vibrating strings in each elementary particle of the universe. In spiritual world we call it consciousness or universal mind, from where space, time and matter is coming from and consumed in the same. It is idea of oneness, or non-dual reality, which we call as Spirit, Consciousness or God.
What is proven as a phenomenon and can be observed through senses or tools of senses (telescopes, microscopes etc.), becomes science and things not understood by the science falls into mysticism and consciousness domains.
Scientists have now started observing and trying to understand the black matter, or emptiness. They define it as a pregnant void, with infinite possibilities.
We must assume behind this force existance of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter - Max Planck (Founder of Quantum Physics)
What we observe is not nature itself, but nature exposes to our method of questioning. - Werner Karl Heisenberg
Science has understood how to control the basic elements water, fire and air to benefit the human race. Water is controlled by water dams, generating electricity. Fire is produced as and when needed by using gas pipes or gas cylinders or coal. Wireless mobiles and other PC wireless technologies using the air as communication medium. A voice or video packet is travelling so fast from earth to the satellites and back, which seems like a real time experience, but it has travelled thousands of miles in less than a second. It is amazing what science has achieved. But, there is one fundamental difference i.e. science has understood and using these elements, but it can't create these elements. The deep thinkers need to understand from where these elements came into existance and how these elements interact with each other.
Science has not understood the emptiness, space yet and beyond that is mind, where science can't reach, as it is beyond the monological glaze i.e. you can't see or touch mind, you can feel it, you can experience it. But, who experiences it and is functional all the time, while you are awake, sleeping or dreaming. Who is holding the breath while you are sleeping. What is death, why it happens? Does haven and hell really exists? If yes, can we go beyond them. Can we be free from the circle of life, haven and hell? Dharma can help you reach haven but you are still not out of the circle of life...think and listen, meditate and experience higher side of your life, which is much beyond science. I am also one of the travellers on the same journey.
See the following videos on Youtube - great work, I recommend these to be seen at least ones.
