What is meditation? Meditation is transformation of mind from "thought full" state to "no thought" state. It is a simple three step process (Step 1 must be mastered before you start step 2; and Step 2 must be mastered to achieve the state in step 3):
STEP 1 - Control your body - Stay still for 15 to 30 minutes
STEP 2 - Relax your mind, let thoughts come and go, till you become thoughtless
STEP 3 - Once your body and mind becomes inactive you'll connect to the true self
How can I practice meditation? Find a peaceful place to sit where no one disturbs you. Sit on a chair or floor in relaxed posture and relax. It is best to close your eyes. Observe your breath; try to be a witness to it. See it going in and out without your conscious effort. Calm down and take few deep breaths before you start meditation. Feel that your muscles are relaxing, your mind is relaxing and you are feeling great.
