7 Day Diet - To loose weight (Please consult your Doctor/GP before starting this diet).

Several people have used this diet and have achieved significant weight loss. We'll put the numbers on this page, once we get feedback from you.                                       

The following steps are to be followed daily irrespective of the diet day:

  1. Must drink 10-12 glasses of water (3 Ltr approximately)
  2. Black Tea/Coffee without sugar may be taken
  3. Daily mild exercise of 20 minutes is essential
  4. The secret of this programme is that you should never be hungry. If you are at any time then you are not following the diet correctly.
  5. The following soup is intended as suppliment to your diet. It can be eaten any day at any time of the day in unlimited quantity.

Soup Recipe: 700 ml water, six large onions, two green peppers, three large tomatoes, one cabbage, one bunch celery and add any herbs and seasoning as desired.

 Day 1  You can have all fruits/juices except banana. It's preferred that you eat lots of melon, if possible.
 Day 2 All vegetables cooked or uncooked - no limit on amount or type. A large boiled potato for breakfast.
 Day 3 Mixture of vegetables and fruits/juices of your choice (No Banana and no potatoes)
 Day 4 Eight bananas and three glasses (1000 ml) of milk.
 Day 5 One cup of rice and six large tomatoes.
 Day 6 One cup of rice and all vegetables cooked or uncooked.
 Day 7 One cup rice, all vegetables and all fruits/juices.

Follow the above diet religiously and you may loose weight between 3 to 5 Kg.
